6)X60 spiral welded pipeX60螺旋焊管
1.Through stress corrosion tests for reforming pre-cracked wedge-open loading specimens,the(da/dt) of X60 spiral welded pipe were gotten in 500 ppm and 1000 ppm H_2S solution.通過改進(jìn)的WOL預(yù)裂紋試樣應(yīng)力腐蝕試驗(yàn),得到了在500,1000 ppm的硫化氫水溶液中,X60螺旋焊管的應(yīng)力腐蝕裂紋擴(kuò)展速率da/dt,結(jié)果表明,隨硫化氫水溶液濃度的增加,X60螺旋縫埋弧焊管應(yīng)力腐蝕裂紋擴(kuò)展速率增加,焊管抗應(yīng)力腐蝕的壽命越短。
螺旋焊管分子式:CAS號:性質(zhì):焊接管的一種。是專用成型機(jī)將帶鋼卷成螺旋狀,用埋弧焊接法從螺旋縫的里面和外面進(jìn)行焊接而成的鋼管。其特點(diǎn)有:成型角度不同,用同一寬度的帶鋼,可以制造出不同直徑的焊接管。連續(xù)式生產(chǎn),管子的長度不受限制。焊縫是螺旋狀,在全圓周均勻分布,所以尺寸精度高,對鋼管的強(qiáng)度也有利。設(shè)備投資比較少,焊管尺寸變更容易,有利于少量多品種生產(chǎn)。焊管應(yīng)用非常廣泛,主要用作管樁、橋墩等。
